From first investment to final return. Here is exactly what happens at every step.

Browse a project

Every project on TARE is fully documented before it opens to investors. You will see the architectural renders, the exact location, a detailed cost breakdown verified by a licensed quantity surveyor, projected rental income, projected sale value, and the timeline from groundbreaking to completion. Nothing is hidden. You make an informed decision with full information.

Choose your stake

You decide how much to invest and that amount determines your ownership percentage in the project. If a project is valued at ₦300 million and you invest ₦300,000, you own 0.1% of that building. Every naira of return — whether rental income, appreciation, or sale proceeds — is distributed proportionally.

We build, you track

Once a project is funded, your money is held in a licensed, SEC-regulated fund management structure. Funds are released to the construction team only in verified milestones: foundation complete, structure complete, finishing complete. You track every stage through the TARE app with photos, progress reports, and financial updates.

Earn your returns

When the building is complete you start earning. If the project rents, you receive your share of rental income. If the investor community votes to sell, you receive your share of the sale proceeds. Your returns are paid proportionally to your ownership stake.

How your money is protected.

TARE operates in partnership with an SEC-licensed fund manager. Every investment on our platform is held within a regulated framework governed by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Nigeria. Your funds are not held by TARE directly. They are held in licensed custody and released only when construction milestones are independently verified.
