We are TARE.
Building Together, Brick by Brick.
Why we exist.
Nigeria has a housing deficit of between seventeen and twenty million units. The people who have always built have built for the wealthy. Everyone else watched from the outside.
We built TARE because we believe property development should not be a closed room. If a building can be owned by a thousand people who each contributed what they could afford, then a thousand people benefit when that building generates value. That is not a radical idea. It is just one that nobody had properly structured for Nigeria until now.
TARE is not a savings product. It is not an escrow. It is not a unit trust in a basket of finished properties. We are co-ownership of active construction — from groundbreaking to keys. The earlier you are in, the more value you capture.
TARE means together in Hausa. That is the whole point.
